So, we’ve created this easy to make green tea diet shake that tastes really good and will help fill you up.
You Will Need:
1 cup green tea
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 teaspoon hemp protein powder
Directions: Mix all of the ingredients together in the blender and enjoy.
Strawberry Blueberry Goodness Smoothie
Blueberries are high in fiber and antioxidants and are great to help slim you down. Strawberries are also very good in vitamin C. The coconut milk is a medium chain fatty acid, meaning it is the type of fat your body doesn’t store but instead uses for energy right away. And we promise you won’t even know that there is spinach in this recipe, which adds calcium and many other health benefits.
You Will Need:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup spinach
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup strawberries
1 teaspoon of pure organic honey

2 cups all natural organic no sugar added applesauce
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
